Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations in the fields of taxation, accounting and complaints. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR, which means that your personal data will be processed on the basis of fulfilling our legal obligations. If we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations in the field of taxation, accounting and complaints, we will process your personal data to this extent: name, surname, bank account number and e-mail or telephone number, the subject of complaint in connection with the handling of your complaint. In the case of fulfilment of tax and accounting obligations, we shall process your personal data for 10 years since the fulfilment of the legal obligation. In the case of fulfilment of our obligations relating to a complaint, we shall process your personal data for a period of 1 year since complaint settlement. Recipients of your personal data will be authorized persons in contractual relation to the operator, a company that assists us in handling the accounting agenda and entities to whom the operator is obliged to provide personal data based on a legal obligation.

Contractual obligations

We will process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations arising from contracts/orders as well as managing contractual relations in which you are a participant. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, which means that we will process your personal data based on the handling of a contract/order to which you, a person concerned, are a contracting party. In the case of an online training order, we shall process your personal data in this scope: identification data, address and contact details (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, bank account number), training notes. In the case of placing an order via online store at www.kritickemyslenie.sk, we shall process your personal data in this scope: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address, information specified in the note (in the case of legal persons, company identification data as well). We will process your personal data for 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship. The training notes are kept for the maximum duration of the contractual relationship, or for the duration of the service provided. The recipients of personal data will be authorized persons in contractual relation to the operator – lecturers for the online trainings, the website administrator and entities to whom the operator is obliged to provide personal data based on a legal obligation. We use Zoom for online trainings. We use Stripe – a payment gateway to make payments for a service or product that we have provided to you online. Online training is strictly confidential and therefore we do not keep any audiovisual records. Depending on the choice of service provided (online training), the recipient of personal data may also be our cooperating partner – the Slovak Debate Association. However, you will always be informed about this in advance. In connection with the sale of products, the recipient of your personal data will also be the company providing transportation of the goods purchased by you.

Legitimate interests

We will process your personal data for the purpose of keeping internal records, sending promotional information concerning trainings and activities, enforcement of legal claims arising from contracts/orders, in order to ensure registration of exercised rights and breaches of protection pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as “Act”) and for the purpose of ensuring network security and information security. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, which means that your personal data will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interests. The main legitimate interests are internal records, marketing activities, enforcement of legal claims arising from contracts/orders ensuring the registration of exercised rights and breaches of protection under the law and ensuring network security and information security. In the case of legal claims, we will process your personal data in this scope: first name, surname, phone number, e-mail. In the case of ensuring marketing activities of the company, we will process your personal data to this extent: name and e-mail. In the case of keeping internal records, we will process your personal data to this extent: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, or personal data specified in contracts/orders, in accordance with the principle of minimization. In the case of ensuring the registration of exercised rights and infringements, we will process your personal data to this extent: personal data specified in the complaint. In the case of internal record keeping, we will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) (a) of GDPR. We will process your personal data if you give us your free consent to such processing.
